Been watching you and your builds for quite a while. Great job. Do make these to order with avionics and radio equip preinstalled and tested? I ask because I don't have all of those fancy Laser / CNC machines and have no fiberglass or carbon fiber production skills. 😅 I just know how to fly my 600 and 700mm electric Rc Helis and my DJI drones for about 10 yrs now with Spectrum Radio equipment

Impressive how you build almost everything from basic materials with lots and lots of technology and know-how, really very impressive. Looking at the hoovering so far I get the impression that the translation to the flight mode will be very challenging not speaking about the reverse operation that needs to be done before landing vertically. I could imagine that some automation for changing the modes is needed to support the pilot during these difficult manoeuvres.

How about let main ESCs share one big heat sink ? When foward flight,back ESC get twice bigger heat sink;When hovering,their temperature can be balanced

Hi. I watch you and your colleagues struggle with vtol and I admire your perseverance. I agree with my predecessor that what you are doing should have a much wider range. But unfortunately, our hobby is actually niche and does not fit into the trends on Tik-tok. But you know what? Think about making shorts on YT or other platforms. This would make you more popular quickly. You deserve it for your interesting and methodical work. BWT. You have a wonderful family ;)

When the doors are closed, is the 9g servo going to be strong enough to keep the inlet door on the lift fan closed in forward flight?

Maybe a couple small pieces of dry ice added to that hot area tunnel during flights might help. Dry ice is used in racing, F1, and others.

All i can say is what the F dude!! The build is amazing!! But what i think of is the time and money into the builds! Just to get the linkages to work in a cad model is one one thing. Then to build it is another. I have around 300 rc toys. From large gas airplanes to turbine jets to 30 dollar rc cars. And i have to tell everyone how amazing this is!! What were the esc's tou ran for that 90mm edf?
